Office Policies

Each of the above Licensed Massage Therapists are committed to offering you a relaxing and therapeutic experience, while providing you confidence and safety in the environment. We have implemented the following protocols that meet industry guidelines to take care of you in the best possible manner:

Appointments, Cancellations, and Payment:

● Massages begin and end at the scheduled time. Please feel free to arrive a few minutes early to allow enough time to get on the table so that the massage can start on time.

● No-shows will be invoiced the full amount of the scheduled session.

● Please call or text 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment. There will be a Rescheduling Fee of $60 if you fail to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

● If you arrive later than 15 minutes from the start of your appointment, your appointment will be canceled.

● Contact the massage therapist if you are running late. You may not receive the full amount of time scheduled as it will depend on the therapist and the client load for the day.

● If you are later than 15 minutes and have not notified your massage therapist, this will be considered as a no-show and you will be invoiced for the full amount of the session.

● All services must be paid at the time of service. Tipping is not required but is appreciated! We accept cash, card, and various e-payments. If you choose to pay with cash, please provide an exact payment.

Informed Consent and Client Agreement:

● Massage therapy is strictly therapeutic and, therefore, strictly non-sexual. If you behave inappropriately during the session, the massage therapist has the right to end the massage and you will be charged the full amount for the appointment. Additionally, charges may be pressed, depending on the severity of the behavior.

● We reserve the right to refuse service to any person at any time.

● Massage is not a replacement for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

● Some kinds of massage may be inappropriate for certain medical conditions. Inform the massage therapist of your medical history to the best of your knowledge so that appropriate cautions are considered prior to your massage.

● If you omit anything that leads to negative results, it is your responsibility and not that of the massage therapist.
